We are reinforcing our Logistics Dept and we are looking the following position :
TRANSPORT & LOGS.OPERATION SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations and at the right time.
Responsible for daily dispatching of Finished Product, planning, routing, vehicles checks and tracking of delivery also make sure all transport fleet are properly maintained and serviced by transporters.
Active participation in the negotiation of transport rates and sourcing of new suppliers.
Arranging and controlling all of activities related to export-import of goods/materials.
In charge of the day to day operations of the transport section.
Ensuring company compliance with all transport policies, legislation and procedures in place.
Support to SCM for analysis and KPI reporting in each area of responsibility, provide recommendations and actions plans for continuous improvements.
Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports also arranging all of delivery/dispatching documents.
Regularly liaising with the SC Manager to ensure a smooth running of delivery / distribution and EHS regulation implementation. Identifying operational issues, potentials problems and opportunities in terms of distribution and logistics operation assignment.
Synergy with other parts/sections to reach the company and department targets by maintaining accountable good relationships and sharing value to transporters and customers
Syarat Loker Gresik Februari 2013 :
Male, 30 - 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Economic or equivalent.
Min 3 years experience in the same field / position
Detail , good planner and good communication
Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Transport & Logistics Operation or equivalent
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java
Knowledge of the related SAP function
