IPK tinggi bukan satu-satunya jaminan untuk bisa diterima bekerja. Apalagi persaingan di dunia kerja kini begitu ketat. Selain kemampuan akademis, ada lima hal lain yang bisa menjamin Anda diterima bekerja di perusahaan impian.
1. Penampilan.
Buatlah foto diri untuk CV yang bagus dan menarik. Begitu pun saat panggilan wawancara kerja datang. Selain rapi, sesuaikan pakaian dengan posisi yang Anda lamar.
2. Cepat merespons.
Pasang telinga, fokus, dan berpikir cepat sangat penting saat menghadapi wawancara kerja. Jawaban yang lama sekalipun benar, akan mengurangi nilai Anda di mata pewawancara.
3. Jawaban cerdas.
Kemampuan berpikir cepat harus diimbangi dengan pengetahuan dan wawasan luas, sehingga Anda bisa memberikan jawaban yang tepat.
4. Kontak mata.
Saat wawancara kerja, usahakan selalu menjaga kontak mata. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Anda menghargai dan tidak menyepelekan.
5. Kepercayaan diri.
Ini adalah salah satu kunci penting. Penampilan Anda yang percaya diri akan langsung menarik perhatian pewawancara dan membuat mereka merasa tertarik untuk tahu lebih banyak tentang diri Anda bahkan tak segan memberi kesempatan pada Anda.
