Makanan yang satu ini paling terkenal dengan kandungan MSG nya. Pada mangkok mie tukang bakso langganan Anda saja, mungkin sudah terlihat 'endorse' merk MSG yang digunakan. Selain pada adonan bakso, kuah mie paling banyak mengandung MSG dan garam.
Namun tetap saja, jajanan ini paling banyak dicari dan bisa kita temukan dijual di pinggir jalan maupun di kota besar. Siapa yang bisa nolak nikmatnya semangkuk bakso pedas dengan saus merah dan sambal. Selain bakso, makanan sejenis yang mengandung MSG adalah jenis cilok atau pentol yang juga banyak dijual di pinggir jalan.
Nah, ini dia yang menjadi makanan favorit namun juga menjadi momok bagi kesehatan orang banyak. Mie instant dalam bumbunya saja sudah mengandung banyak MSG. Namun makanan yang terkenal dengan sebutan 'penyelamat anak kos' ini cukup sulit dihilangkan dari menu makanan banyak orang.
Mie kriting yang berkuah atau dengan bumbu pedas dan telur mata sapi adalah kenikmatan yang tak tergantikan. Well, tapi tak ada salahnya mengontrol dosis makan mie instant dalam rutinitas makan Anda.
Aneka Jajan Masa Anak-Anak
Snack kemasan jaman kanak-kanak adalah salah satu makanan yang masih digemari meski seseorang sudah beranjak dewasa. Wajar sih, rasanya memang nostalgic banget ya? Selain kaya MSG, makanan ini juga banyak mengandung bahan pengawet, bahkan pewarna.
Makanan beku memang enak disantap, namun bahan-bahan yang digunakan mungkin tak pernah Anda bayangkan. Beberapa waktu lalu, chicken nugget terbukti hanya 50% saja kandungan dagingnya. Sisanya adalah bahan tambahan, bahkan tulang. Dan yang pasti, makanan ini tak terlepas dari kandungan MSG.
Tidak beda jauh dari frozen food, junk food adalah salah satu makanan yang mengandung MSG dan garam tinggi. Itulah yang membuat makanan ini jadi salah satu makanan paling bikin ketagihan di dunia, namun juga bisa menjadi makanan yang mengancam kesehatan. Salah satu makanan masa kecil yang hits dan ketahuan banget MSG nya adalah keripik lidi dan makaroni. Siapa yang masih ingat?
Untuk membangkitkan selera, kebanyakan gorengan menggunakan MSG. Tepung bumbu atau sejenisnya yang digunakan tidak luput dari penggunaan vetsin. Selain nikmat disantap selagi hangat, gorengan merupakan makanan yang banyak dijual di pasaran.
